Thanks for the use of the cabin. Had an absolutely fantastic time again. Caught some nice trout with one of our guys catching his first trout 52cm it was a monster. All 4 of us caught one fish each. Cooked 3 trout on the BBQ on Friday night. Our only small complaint was that the BBQ was pretty grotty but we cleaned it up before and after our use. Did some star gazing at night with the sky so clear, absolutely awe inspiring.
We went up to Point Lookout for a look before we left on Sunday morning and saw a lyrebird, which was thrilling.
Thanks very much for stacking the wood burner so we were ready to go when we arrived at 10pm on Thurs night. The Queenslanders appreciated it (not used to 0º). We’ll be back.
